As we all know, when a crane is down our business and our customers suffer. I would like to thank Andy and the service department for your quick responses. The telephone advice and overnight parts from your Cummins dealer put my 9000E back in service. Being able to talk to your shop or service techs solved a lot of problems without needing a service call on several other occasions. Your sales staff even helps after the sales and it is the best I have ever encountered since First State Crane was founded in 1974. Your site visits have always solved our crane problems and the technicians have always been knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues.
We have bought two new cranes and four used cranes in the last few years. The used cranes were as represented to us. This meant we were able to put them to work directly so our customers were able to start their jobs on schedule and finish on time. Thanks again, from a loyal customer!

The service and support we receive from Cleveland Crane and Shovel is outstanding. As an example, we recently had a problem with a 70 ton crane. The break-down occurred after normal business hours and the crane needed to be operating by the following morning. Cleveland Crane's service and parts departments helped us diagnose the problem over the phone, after hours, from home. Furthermore, they then offered to drive 40 minutes back to the office, pick up the necessary part, and meet us half-way between Dayton and Cleveland, which is another 3 hours of driving. More than one person gave up their entire evening to help us meet our schedule. It is very rare to find this level of service today and we're happy to have Cleveland Crane and Shovel as a partner.

Your service department was able to make Carl Goins available to make repairs on Saturday after being in Kentucky the previous day.
